If you want to wash your hands in your state room without having to grab soap from the shower area, bring your own. If you like a strong spay when showering go to the gym as it just dribbles in the stateroom. Shops were small and had limited items for sale. Rooms for kids could have been more cheerful and a bit bigger or at least set up to appear as such. Have been on better family style cruises by Carnival. Entertainment was adequate. Nothing about the cruise blew me away but it was enjoyable and considering the population on board was clean and comfortable.
