First, it is important to note that all persons I spoke with via telephone as preparations were made were extremely helpful and it helped make the check-in process for first time travelers less stressful!!

Our biggest disappointment was to learn that several of the advertised activities listed for the Sensation were not available:  golf lessons, family ice cream eating contest as examples - and both were activities that we had planned for family members.  We did find the 'swim with the dolphin' experience more a 'have you picture taken with the dolphins' experience and were moved to an alternate time without notification.  I am aware the time change is out of Carnivals decision-making.

Great staff on board, great food, and we will certainly consider another cruise with carnival.
