Unsatisfied trip

Sail Date: June 08, 2014

Reviewed: 2 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Oceanview

Unfortunately our group was unsatisfied with our recent trip. The staff and personnel on the cruise ship were rude and unhelpful with regard to our elder travelers. Also, the ship accomodations were not clean. We continuously had to deal with unsupervised children running around ship, playing on elevators and running up and down stateroom halls all through the night. Very disturbing! We did not get to enjoy any of the ship ammenities due to out of control children and lack of space and availability. I will not recommend this ship to anyone for future travel. We would have been better off staying home and putting the cost of this trip somewhere else.

Ship Quality
Not much to do and unclean
Food and Dining
Unless you enjoy eatting chicken fingers and hotdogs all day it was very poor

Not much to do in Freeport and Nassau was only enjoyable if you could book excersion.
Cabin / Stateroom
Rooms are very small and need cleaning. Window was filthy with dust and mold, shower and restroom stall as well.
Port Canaveral, Florida
Staff and boarding personnel at port were great. Helpful and on point.
Freeport, Grand Bahama Island
Not much to do at this port but shop in little local shops
Nassau, Bahamas
Port area was long distance for elder travelers to walk. Once on island it was matter of where ot go and what to do.
