Food was good in the buffet but formal dining menu was limited. Activities on different locations were difficult to find. Two ends of the ship with activities were segregated with corridors which were a bit difficult to find. Last formal dining cure was not as friendly as it was before which was disappointing. In one of the rooms we had was missing complimentary strawberry chocolates and got it after several reminders to the guest service. Guest service was not aware of the rebate. Guest service staff was not smiling. Staff in the buffet and housekeeping was very friendly. I had preregistered for the circle and camp carnival clubs but could not find the easy way to get the schedules.....service desk was not helpful in this regard.

Food and Dining

Food in buffet was much better than in formal dining. In the first day returned the food which was served as it was not warm.

As mentioned we could not find help to get into our pre-registered circle and camp carnival clubs.

Service and Staff

Guest service staff should serve with smile. They were very serious and as said had little info about the bookings.

Ship Quality

Difficult to find the activity areas.

Cabin / Stateroom

Wish if it was equipped with hair dryer and iron.

Pros: Food and water activities

Cons: Guest Service Desk staff
