Boarding the ship was no problem however,I really felt disrespected with the procedures/ policy of quest holding gold and platiunm cards who can just skip/cut lines at  any time.

This is very unacceptable behavior / policy . There is nothing wrong with the level of card holders however, procedures should change:

1. Have a designated/ identified guest services line also when leaving the ship there was no order, the announcer called the guest in the proper order based on the schedule however there seem to be a problem in processing so the ines was truly backed up people skipping, upper card holders skipping, not enough staff for crowd control.

My family is planning a cruise for 2014 this will be my third on hopefully carnival,

Please Help.

Thank you for your time.
