We have cruised several times with Carnival and we were disappointed this time. First of all your ad on the cruise web site stated that the ship had lazer tag which we were unable to find. Then with us being previous guest {4X's} our onboard credit was for 4 person 35.00 we fill that this is rather low and also we received 3 coupons for a free drink well for one our grandson who is 9 received a coupon and then we find out that you have to go to certain area of the ship to us your voucher and a certain time of the day. Isn't all areas of the ship part of Carnival? And why did we have to go to tin buck to us our voucher. Also we were on the emerald level of the ship which was great but the elevator refused to stop on our floor most of the time it would skip our floor. On all of our other cruises our stewart spoke to us and we knew how he was on this ship we had no idea and we had no ice bucket for the room. Overall this was one of the worst cruises we have been on and we always recommend Carnival to our friends and family but that my change after this expirence.

we had the worst time in Nassau when we got off of the ship and we were going to the beach area we had to get a van we were in line{first in line}by the time we got to the van we had been kick off of the van and a woman was taking us to another van which was fine but she was taking us all the way across town when there was a van next to the van that we were kicked off when we said never mind we would just go back to the ship then all of a sudden she wanted to take us back to the van that was next to the one we were suppose to get on in the first place now mind you the nite before we received a letter stating that Nassau was on high alert very bad experience


Breakfast on the lido deck was the best. But lunch not so much.
