We take between 3 and 5 cruises a year. Including all of the off brands and "free" timeshare sales cruises, this ranks lowest. We booked 8 cabins, the reservations were not grouped together. Many thanks to the hard working staff at the port for getting most of us together, but no group boarding pics.
Our dinner reservations were for early seating, surprise!, they are spread all over all 3 seatings, can't get early seating had to wait up to 50 minutes to get into dinner together.
Staff on board the ship has no idea what a "Carnival Stockholder" is nor what they are entitled to.
Staff on board the ship has no idea what a "Carnival Cruise Certificate" is or how it's supposed to work.
Don't want to go to the lifeboat drill? No problem! You can sleep right through it.

Now the best part, the follow up. We sent a registered letter to The President of Carnival, did he or any of his staff follow up? NOPE!
Instead he delegated it to customer service. Did the rep know what a "Carnival Stockholder" was? Sortof but not really. Did she know what they are entitled to? NOPE!
Did she know how a "Carnival Cruise certificate" works? NOPE! Stupider than the people on the ship.
Its hard to soar like an Eagle when you're led by an idiot! So it's no wonder the problem at the top has been replaced.
