Not the best by any means

Room Type: Inside

The best thing was the embarkation and debarkation which was the best we ever experienced in our many cruises with several lines. We found our cabin to be located under the galley and the noise early and late was pretty bad. We never met our cabin steward until the last day but the cabin was taken care of. The activities and entertainment were marginal. The first day was chilly and there was no heat until the ship left port. We were late arriving in port due to problems but we were not told what the problems were. I used to play bingo aboard ships but it has become overly expensive to play. Of course this seems to be the trend on all lines. It seemed as if smoking was allowed in many parts of the ship and of course the Casino was terrible as far as smoking was concerned. I normally spend a little time in the Casino, not a lot, but could not stand the smoke in this one. We would not take this ship for another cruise although I wish the other ships would learn from them about the embarcation and debarkation.
