Carnival Sensation couldve been better

I recently sailed on the Carnival Sensation and was not pleased. The ship was very large and clean, that might be the only positive thing about this cruise. Ive sailed before on Royal Carribbean and had none of the issues I had on this boat. The boat rocked constantly, to the point where youre practically zig zagging when youre walking down the hall (and no it wasnt due to alcohol) Many people were sea sick due to this, there was no rain or excess winds to explain this rocking. The food was average, the service in the dining rooms were slow, everything closed early. If you miss your serving time your only options were hamburgers or pizza (daily). They dont have events posted around the ship (Royal Carribbean does), you have to carry your funtimes around with you. They also changed the times we were in port from overnight to 8-5 one week before sailing. I received no notice of this change, the only way I found out was when I printed off my boarding info. The porting times was the main reason I booked with this ship. Overall Im not pleased with Carnival or the Sensation. Its safe to say I wont be sailing Carnival anytime soon

Pros: Meeting new people

Cons: Ship rocking constantly, Everything closed early
