Sail Date: January 15, 2012
Ship: Carnival Sensation
Cabin Type: Inside
Traveled As: Couple

We absolutely loved the ship and all the amenities it had to offer. There wasn't one moment when we didn't have something to do or participate in, and when we wanted to do nothing there were relaxed, quiet places for that, too! The Serenity area was an excellent idea, kudos!

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We tried the lido deck buffets and the dining room...loved the pizza, deli and ice cream, too! Our Ecstasy dining room waiter, Freddie, was the best! He even picked us out in a crowd on lido deck and said hello. Great guy, and his support staff in the dining room was exceptional! Thank you, Freddie!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Can't say enough about the hospitality on the ship. What a great crew, but our waiter, Freddie, was the best for remembering the small details when it came to our dining experience.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Amazing that a ship that has so many guests can be so clean and inviting. Great job!

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We selected an interior stateroom for our cruise. We were surprised how comfortable we were and appreciated the cleanliness and 'turn down' service in the evening. It was also fun to see what the staff was going to do to our towels when we returned to the room every evening! Loved the towel animals!!

Pros: Excellent service, staff, and hospitality

Cons: Beach access in Freeport (Lucaya)

Recommends Carnival Sensation? Yes!
