3 Night Bahamas (Port Canaveral Roundtrip)
Sail Date: December 29, 2011
Ship: Carnival Sensation
Cabin Type: Suite
Traveled As: Couple
Reviewed: 5 years ago
The info on the Sensation said it was refurbished in 2009 so I expected the decor to look newer but it was not. Our junior suite was spacious for three. The balcony was about 2 1/2 feet deep, too narrow to use and enjoy. Felt squished.

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Great food.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Would have liked to see more activities geared toward people in their 50-60's.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The staff were most friendly and accommodating, very approachable.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Decor was too dark. Extremely clean. Staff was continuously cleaning.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
The view was to be "unobstructed" but was not. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Slept very well. Great shower.

Pros: The Staff

Cons: The Entertainment

Recommends Carnival Sensation? No.
