staff was very courteous, helpful, and competent - food preparation was first rate and dining facilites fun, relaxing, enjoyable

mostly good but had a shore excursion inn the bahamas - the diving and it was rushed, poorly organized and I felt I was shortchanged on the expectations i had gong in - BJ=s set this up for me so think you guys should help me out on this

got what we paid for - was more than adequate

Pros: Food was good, well organized, clean, comfortable

Cons: lots of hidden costs, tipping charges not stated upfront, all sort of extra costs that really make aspects of it a nicekl diming sort of experience - a bit tedious with many people; the excursion event you coordinated was not what we paid for

Recommends Carnival Sensation? Yes!
