Cruise with a few bumps

I have food sensitivities and found the wait staff to be extremely accomodating. The shopping director was less than helpful. The overview was good but after the Nassau shopping excursion, the crew member was no where to be found. We left a message for him at the guest services desk but it was never returned. That is unacceptable.

There was an engine problem which delayed our arrival in Nassau but it was resolved without too much discomfort!

Pros: the treatment of most of the staff

Cons: the unavailability of some of the staff

Recommends Carnival Sensation? Yes!

some of the bathrooms could have been cleaned more frequently. The pool deck bathroom was always a mess

room size was good, service was excellent
Food and Dining
I received personal help with my food, because of allergies. Felt very caring.
Service and Staff
Except for the rudeness of the shopping director, all staff greeted us and tended to our needs.
The show on Saturday night was amazing.
