Good Value

Sail Date: November 27, 2011

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Balcony

Good value for the money. Its a little cheaper than most but there is a reason. Great weekend getaway for the family without spending a fortune.

Pros: Camp Carnival for the kids and the balcony stateroom.

Cons: Not much to do on the ship while in Port. Ship is very clean but decor is outdated.

Recommends Carnival Sensation? Yes!

Ship Quality
Ship is clean and easy to get around. Decor is outdated - could use a face lift.
Food and Dining
Food was fair to good. Dining service was a little slow, buffett seating sometimes was difficult.
Cabin / Stateroom
Room was clean and tidy.
Service and Staff
Children's Programs
Freeport, Grand Bahama Island
Waste of time.
Nassau, Bahamas
Snorkeling, some shopping available. Not a great stop but o.k. Downtown was very dirty with street peddlers.
