Review summary

For the money, this was an amazing trip! Being able to get off the boat on two days was wonderful. I would recommend not buying an excursion and just catching a taxi to go to the beach. My friends and I were able to spend less that $20 each day by doing this. Be sure to read the daily "paper" to see what activities and shows are available each day.

Cabbage Beach was awesome. The straw markets were much more cluttered than Freeport, but lots of interesting items. The shops downtown were very tourist friendly too.

The public beach was really nice! The people on the island were very nice and helpful.

Pros: Tons of activities on the ship, lots of time off the boat

Cons: Cheesy decorations, most of the staff did not speak great English

Recommends Carnival Sensation? Yes!
