our first cruise was quite enjoyable. it was very windy and choppy seas when leaving both ports. the ship was rolly enough when we left the bahammas, they put out the barf bags. then after a couple hours, the captain came over the address system and said that they would operate the ship for our comfort. would have thought thats what they did, but i guess not. we had a balconey room and enjoyed coffe in the am and drinks in the pm on it. plenty of activities and excursions to keep you busy! food was great. we ate in the dinning room all 3 nights, and the different buffets for lunch. breakfast was better, in my opinion, on the buffets. the dinning room staff was incredible! always laghing and seeming to enjoy thier job. the bar service was slow in the dininnig room but the wait staff kept you entertained and eating. the prices for drinks where a little much, but not out of reach. the room was large enough, but just because you will not spend much time in it. bathroom was surprisingly large, plenty of manuvering room. we experiencd problems with the internet and could not get a refund. and we had a ships coupon for 20 minutes free internet access and did not get that either. embarcation and debarkation were very easy also.

Pros: staff

Cons: rolliness of the ship

jeep tour is a great way to see the island. was not expecting to drive, but it was fun. it was convoy style, follow the leader.
Don't Miss: historic jeep tour, straw market, and senor frogs!
