Ship itself is okay except when it comes to providing the guests with comfortable cabin temperature (no heat).

A letter of complaint to customer service resulted in a letter stating, "We do regret we're unable to offer compensation to you". This after enduring freezing temperatures in the cabin for four nights since the ship is not equipped for heat.

Pros: Food was so-so. Entertainment was very good and the shore excursions were good as well.

Cons: We cruised in January from Florida in sub-freezing temperatures. Imagine our surprise when we found out the ship had NO HEAT.

Recommends Carnival Sensation? No.
