Got my money's worth

Room Type: Inside

The first thing I noticed when I got on the ship was that the decor was very dingy and dated, and the entire ship seemed to be embedded with the smell of passengers long gone. Our room was right next to an employee area so it was never really quiet, we were also on the bottom deck and every time the boat turned on the engines our room would vibrate, having said all that, it was still a great first time cruise. The staff were wonderful, anything you wanted, you got. The nightly performances were outstanding as well and there was always something to do on the ship. I could have done without the assigned dinner seating though, and because of it my friend and I chose to do buffet the entire time we were there. In my opinion you vacation is what you make it, sure I could have chosen to be unhappy with everything, but hey, I had five work free days ahead of me and I wasn't about to waste my vacation being picky. I'd say I got exactaly what I paid for, but I suggest not using Travelocity the next time you book your vacation

Pros: On board enertainment

Cons: Assigned dinner seating
