"A Wonderful Family Cruise"

Sail Date: November 16, 2006

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Oceanview

We surprised our 8 year old granddaughter with a cruise on the Sensation. She did not find out until the ship had actually set sail. Everyone was great about helping us keep the secret from the check-in staff to the photographers and the Camp Carnival Counselors. She loved every minute of her first cruise especially Camp Carnival. I like the new menus in the dining room that gives options if you don't like what they are offering each evening. My husband and I are looking forward to booking a future past guest cruise on the Valor for next Spetember. We have crusied on 5 differnt cruise lines and Carnival is our favorite.

Pros: The friendliness of the staff

Cons: The disembarkation process

Recommends Carnival Sensation? Yes!

Nassau, Bahamas
We have been to Nassau several times but it was our Granddaughter's first visit and she enjoyed going to Pearl Island.
Don't Miss: The Straw Market
