Rudest and most inconsiderate staff!!!

Sail Date: October 12, 2006

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Inside

Looks can be deciving. Expectations were high and service was poor. Had to request things several times before accomodated or if accomodated. Overall attitude AWFUL, with the exception of morining housekeeping and Fantasy dining room waiters. They were the only ones that went out of their way to be pleasant. The pursers were the worst as our wallet was lost on the way to the ship and they wouldn't help in any way even with guarantees from the credit card company. We had a shipboard credit that couldn't be activated without cash. Very rude about the whole situation and could have cared less. They didn't even pretend to care. Attitude was" too bad we don't care." Basically ruining the trip for all 10 of us and spoiling our last time together with my husband and father of our children, that is leaving for 7 months on a deployment for the US Navy.

Pros: Waiters in the evening

Cons: The pursors and rest of staff

Nassau, Bahamas
Wonderful courteous people. Helpful in everyway.
Don't Miss: jet skiing
