My wife & I cruised out of Port Canaveral on March 23, 2006. The ship was supposed to leave port at 4:00. We ended up sitting on the sidewalk outside the port from noon til 9:30pm when boarding began. We were lied to by the Carnival staff as to why we were not boarding. There were people there who were diabetic and couldn't get to their medication all day because their luggage was onboard. We had no food or water til 6:00pm.
After finally boarding, we had the dis-privilage of a lousy cruise. Not much entertainment the entire time, parts of the ship were unaccessable due to maintainence, the slide for the pool was closed, the adult pool was closed, the adult sun deck was closed, and the food was lousy.
