I am convinced that Carnival gives their least desirable cabins and dining tables to Web customers. Our stateroom was on the lowest deck, and our dining table stuck back in a remote corner of the dining room. We had late dining... no other choice was offered. We paid extra for an outside cabin, and the outside of the window was so filthy, you couldn't see out of it.The other side of the ship's windows were cleaned while we were in port, but not ours, and we were dockside at the second port of call. Those windows should have been washed before we started the cruise. I would probably not cruise Carnival again
