This was our first cruise on Carnival...we've always gone on Princess. We found the food selection and quality well below what we get on Princess.
There is NOT a refrigerator in each cabin...something we prefer.
There was plenty to do for our grandkids..Camp Carnival is a great idea.
The slot machines and VP in the casino were very tight...
The production shows (singers and dancers) were among the best we've seen...the magician, juggler, and comedian were terrible

Compared to caribbean ports, Bay Stree is a little run down...usual store found in most caribbean ports...good prices on licquor..some better and some worse than on the ship..took the tour with the Pirate ship museam..good trip

There's NOTHING in Freeport...there is shopping and a beach in Lucaya Make sure you get a full cab from the port...it's only $5 and ask before you get in...else you might get stuck for $27
Don't Miss: if you like gambling, the casino in Lucaya pays better than the ship

Pros: The crew was fantastic...friendly, warm, with great service

Cons: quality and selection of food

Recommends Carnival Sensation? No.
