A OK Cruise

Sail Date: December 28, 2008

Reviewed: 7 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Oceanview

It was a OK, very clean, good service from the personel, but among all 5 cruises that we took before, this one was the most simple one. The food was good, but very simple. This was the second to last cruise for this ship, next week it will be going for a big remodelation. We did not know this prior to depart.
The decoration was outdated, old, despite that it has been well kept, clean, but old stile.

Cons: Food was very simple, the ship old

Recommends Carnival Sensation? No.

Cabin / Stateroom
Large stateroom and bathrooms, simple decorated
Ship Quality
Old ship, medium size (2,000 passengers), decor outdated, "cheese"
Food and Dining
Very simple food
Entertainment
nothing special, average
Service and Staff
The best thing on this ship was the crew members
