Carnival Sensation Cruise Review to Caribbean - Bahamas

The cruise started with some disappointment when we were jerked all around with our luggage. There were no signs when we pulled in to the Cape Canaveral port. We were guided straight to the parking area and not the area where you unload luggage. When we went to the entrance we were told to go to the end of the sidewalk and place our luggage into the bin. We did that. The emabarktion staff with the red shirts on the sidewalks watched us as we put our luggage into the bins. After we finished loading all of it they walked over and told us we had loaded into the wrong luggage bin and to move it to a location that was much further away. It didn't help that it had been raining and everything was getting wet. After we get all the way over to the correct bins on our own with our luggage the porters all offer to load the luggage and want to be tipped.

Don't Miss: The Segway tour was FUN!
Pros: The room was a good size, steward was excellent, food was fabulous. We were impressed with how everyone learned and addressed you by name.
Cons: The embarkation staff was not very professional. We were sent to the parking lot without unloading our luggage. We had to lug it all around to find the correct loading area while the embarkation staff with the red shirts watched and then told us to move it without assistance.
