I liked it in accordance with the discounted price. The piano bar was disappointing, it lacked luster.

Food and Dining

Dinner in the dinning room is great! Everywhere else is average with same odds as lottery of getting friendly service.

Entertainment was good to average. Other ships piano bars would close the doors on this one should they be compared.

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
I have notice a trend after three trips. Service is best on the last day of cruise to get you to come back. It does not make up for the first few days. About 8 out of ten Staff members seem to be trained in avoiding opinion as well as not being helpful. Since they could become responsable for any suggestions It probably leaves less opprtunity for conflict.

Ship Quality

Some state rooms are located much better to public activities/ events. It's not difficult to feel divided and have feelings that other guest have better treatment.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Rooms are kept up well. The hallway had an unpleasant odor for the entire trip even after we inquired about it.

The Island is beautiful. The natives are very polite. Much more friendly than the ship staff. Getting a speed boat to the Island was great. Also both the sting ray encounter is refreshing and fun way to settle down on the island.
Don't Miss: Speed Boat Ride

Cons: Great service was not consistant except for the dinning room(Dinner)
