The staff bent over backwards to make our trip as enjoyable as ever! The food was fantastic. The entertainment was fabulous. Cleanly ship. I don't know how the staff does it with all of the 2,000+ passengers but they did a tremendous job! Best trip ever! Would cruise again!

excellent. All port/Carnival employees were very well organized and were able to get luggage/passengers onboard in a timely fashion. Kudos for the very well organizational skills!

pools were nice. Not enough chairs/oyster shells in the adult serenity area. People kept there towels on the chairs all day ever thought they stepped away for long periods of time and no manager in the area enforced the rules of if you are gone 40 minutes they would pick up your items and would have to be picked up at towel area.
Entertainment

stage show, musicians and DJs were fantastic. The Entertainment Host (Dr. E) was hysterical and very entertaining. A little disappointed as the second half of the cruise did not have the comedy shows as promised and there was no backup.

Dario in main dinning room knew our names from day 1! Dario accommodated our request to change our dinner seating from 8:15pm to 6:00pm. Dario was terrific! How does he do that with over 2,000 guests on board? Good for him! That is class! Marko our bartender took very good care of us all week! The room stewards were very accommodating and even remembered our 25th wedding anniversary. Our room was kept clean and we just loved the animals made out of the towels!

The ship was very well designed. It was extremely easy to maneuver around the ship at all times. The ship was very clean. I was quite surprised that every time I turned around someone was wiping, vacuuming, sweeping, etc. The women's bathrooms all around the ship was extremely clean. Every time I was in a bathroom there were at lest 1 to 2 employees cleaning the bathrooms at all times. Toiletries were always stocked and never empty. How impressive!
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was kept extremely clean and was a nice size. Just a little disappointed as they put 2 single beds together to made up a queen bed which was very uncomfortable.
Excellent! All Carnival employees were extremely organized and the process was systematic! We were off of the ship less than one hour from disembarkment and to our car! Kudos to the staff for their organizational skills!
Unfortunately the staff has to be reminded about the :40 min rule. This occurred once with my wife and I and we went out of our way to remind them that rules are only good if they are enforced. The staff then quickly responded to the troubled area and took care of the situation.
