We were unable to enjoy our balcony due to the fact that there were \"heavy\" smokers on each side of us. We WILL NOT book another balcony on Carnival until they adopt a non-smoking rule for balconies! Other cruise lines under the Carnival Umbrella have this policy and should be adopted by Carnival also.
Pros: The art work around the ship
Cons: That customers are allowed to smoke on the balconies of their cabins!!!!!
