First Time Outta Baltimore!

Sail Date: August 01, 2014

Reviewed: 2 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Balcony

For a first timer this might be a good experience in that it is a smaller ship. This is the first cruise we took with our kids (20 year old son\, 14 year old daughter). This is our 4th cruise together.

Pros: The relaxed atmosphere

Cons: The minimal amount of excursions

Recommends Carnival Pride? Yes!

Ship Quality
Things seemed dated and in need of some TLC. The photographers were great though\, never pushy and very personable.
Food and Dining
On the Lido deck\, there was a lack of variety for the meals. And in the seated dinner it was very repetitive.
Cabin / Stateroom
We had a leak in the sink\, the AC had a condensation issue and the seal to the balcony was damaged and \"whistled\" for the whole cruise.
Service and Staff
Ada\, our attendant was great. Very personable and professional the entire cruise. She was GREAT.
Entertainment
For the events that we attended\, there were okay. The soul singer was extremely talented.
