Cruise Service Quality Was Disappointing - David's Steakhouse

Sail Date: August 04, 2013

Reviewed: 3 years ago

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Balcony

We booked this cruise back in January with 20 of family members, some travel as far as Taiwan, China, Phillipines,...etc. This is the first time we had the entire family together. We had 8 rooms with 6 balconies and 2 inside rooms. Overall we had a good experience although the food quality has come down and it was obvious that they have cut corners on quite a few things.

I have been on the same cruise 3 times while my 13 and 15 year-old have been on for 4 times of exact same cruise. My sons were so bored out of their mind by Day 3. David's Steakhouse was always the highlight of the cruise however this was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! We made reservation for 12 at 6 pm and we did not get out until 9 pm!!! The servers were ignoring us with kids crying and we continued to ask for servers to come around!

Overall We will not be going back on this cruise again.
