Review summary
My daughter and I sailed from Baltimore on Feb. 17th.. Since we were both first timers, we relied totally on our travel agent's suggestions. Everything she suggested was perfect including the balcony room. The staff of the Carnival Pride was friendly, helpful, and did everything possible to make our trip the very best it could have been. There was entertainment to suit everyone's likes. The food was excellent, both in the main dining room and on Deck 9, and the variety far exceeded our expectations. We did purchase our shore excursions before our sailing date (per our agent's suggestion), since certain ones sell out early. We did wish we could have spent more time in Freeport. Our tour guide, Bradley, was a true gem. He was knowledgable in his country's history, it's people, medicinal and poisonous plants, native and non-native animals, it's economy, and the fact that it's considered an off-shore bank. We certainly would recommend this cruise. We would perhaps choose a date that did NOT be the same as a mid-winter school break.Ship experiences

Ship tip
The main dining room offers quiet meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and the Lido Deck offers a great variety of different ethnic foods.
