7 Night Bahamas & Grand Turk (Baltimore Roundtrip) Sail Date: November 13, 2011 Ship: Carnival Pride Cabin Type: Inside Traveled As: Couple Reviewed: 6 years ago
The decor was quite tacky with nude statues and posters EVERYWHERE. I was glad I didn't bring the kids. Although by the end of the cruise you barely noticed it. Definitely won't cruise from Baltimore unless it's summer. Too cold to enjoy the pools. You stay in long pants/sleeves for two days. Enjoy the sun for three days and then go back to long sleeves/pants.

late riser breakfast was the same EVERY DAY. David's Steakhouse was excellent. Nice ambiance, great food, perfect price.

could have been a few more activities during the days at sea
Service and Staff

everyone was great with the exception of one waiter during breakfast

one negative was that the casino was located in the middle of the ship so unless you changed floors you always had to walk thru smoke...quite upsetting especially on elegant nights.
Cabin / Stateroom

size was a bit small compared to other cruises I've been on. Sheets were lightly stained and there was a cigarette burn one night. Nice closet/storage space though
