I was not impressed in the least. There were 10 people in our group. We had 3 days at sea to start and there was not much for a family to do if it was too cold to swim and hang out at the pool. They had a "FAMILY" comic show that had 2 comedians that were not funny and not family appropriate. The second set of comedians at the end of the cruise were much better. The ship itself had NUDE pictures, wallpaper, and statues ALL OVER the ship. As you go up the main elevator you are eye to eye with a huge statue of David with no fig leaf!Very inappropriate for the family.

The food choices are pretty much the same every day.The food in general looks better than it tastes.

Family comedy not funny and inappropriate. Not much to do for every age when stuck on the ship for 3 days.

Children's Programs

We had 2 small children in our group of 10 that did not like to go into the kid zone. Th they crying kids scared them.

When we had the gas smell, we had talked to 4 people who kept referring us to someone else before we went down to the desk. Two times when I mentioned that the ice or coffee was empty the answer was "I know".

Our room smelled strongly of stale smoke. Immediately we reported it so they did try to wash the walls down but could not get rid of the smoke smell. They were fully booked so se had to stay in that room for 5 nights. On the 5th night we were woken up at 6AM because the room filled with the VERY STRONG smell of gas (even stronger than the smoke). After 15 minutes of trying to get an answer to our problem, we had to go down to the desk in our robes to find out that "We are working on it" (we were sucking in gas smell from outside). For the last 2 days we were moved to another room because someone left the ship early (smart people)and the second room was much better. They said it was an upgrade which it was a liitle bigger with a slding glass door which had a big orange boat covering the window (No view but at least the smell was gone. We had a few men working on the boat right in our window so we needed to keep the drapes closed.

There was a lot to do here. We took a horse and buggy ride, and a boat ride to Atlantis, and shopping. Horse and buggy was very nice. Atlantis was a lot of traveling to just get into the hotel casino. The aquariums etc. is no longer available to the public. We were very disappointed. Shopping and walking the streets can be unnerving with people all over you trying to sell their goods and services.
Don't Miss: Best part was horse and buggy ride. You have to bargain for EVERYTHING!

We got a taxi to "the beach". The taxi was $10 each and he picked us up at the time we asked. As we walked to the beach he told us to go to, swarms of people were leaving saying it is "postage stamp size beach with too many people". It was but all those people left so we had room for us. Beach not that great.

We got a taxi that took us to Coco Beach which was very nice.

Pros: Price, but will pay more for another cruiseline next time.

Cons: Room smelled like smoke, beds very uncomfortable, food is the same EVERY DAY,extra costs for everything, excursions were overpriced

Recommends Carnival Pride? No.
