Had a great time!

Sail Date: September 07, 2008

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Balcony

The ship was impressive. It was clean when we boarded, and the food was good, and if we didn't care for a meal they brought us another choice. (main seating dinner)

Pros: Hurrican Ike was near and our Captain was able to avoid it and not miss any ports. Another cruise ship we met wasn't as lucky.

Cons: The price they charged to buy the pictures they took.

Recommends Carnival Pride? Yes!

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico
It was a bit expensive here, it was a bit over commercialized.
Don't Miss: the 4 wheeler excursion was a blast.
Mazatlan, Mexico
The shopping was good, the shop owners were willing to dicker on the prices. I bought a beautiful Tanzanite ring.
Puerto Vallarta, Mexico
The snorkeling was great, lots of fish.
