Sail Date: June 15, 2008
Ship: Carnival Pride
Cabin Type: Suite
Traveled As: Couple

The overall ship was in good condition. The stops did not offer much unless you planned a shore trip by the cruise line. The food was above average and our dinning service was the best we have had on a cruise (this was our 7th cruise).

The information desk employee were very unprofessional and unhelpful, the worst we have ever encountered.

We enjoyed the sea lion encounter, it was worth the long boat ride to swim in the ocean with a sea lion.

The El Cid golf course included a caddy which was a nice surprise. Club house offered nice lunch options.

This stop really needs a pier, you waste so much time waiting on the tendering service. Town was quite a distance from the tendering stop with no easy transportation to get to the shops.

Pros: Dining service and room attendant were outstanding

Cons: room smelled with no resolution by management
