We have only gone on one other cruise so I am not an expert. The ship shook so bad at dinner we couldn't even hear our family speak sometimes. The waiters were great but our room attendants were not, we never saw them and they weren't creative with the towel art. My husband asked the crew if there was something wrong with the ship and they said no but it was swaying side to side horribly. We will stick with the better of the cruise lines next time. Royal ran circles around carnival. That is a true vacation. There was never any food available when we wanted to eat, granted we ate at weird times because we did shore excursions but food should always be available. The room service was horrible really nothing on the menu. I sound like a whinner but when you pay big money you expect to get great service.
