Cabin Type: Oceanview
Traveled As: Large Group

The Carnival Pride is a beautiful ship - very clean and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious with lots of storage and the bathroom showers were very nice, even for larger people.

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food was very good, not excellent. Pizza and ice cream 24 hrs. a day was well-enjoyed by many on board.

Entertainment

Loved the live band and the costumes.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
All staff members were excellent.

Ship Quality

Once you get the layout of the ship, it's easy to navigate. There are so many great lounges to check out, and plenty of place to sit quietly and just people-watch. The two massage chairs ($1) were the best! I think our group must've plugged in $50 during the weeks' stay!

Cabin / Stateroom

We had a French Door room with a partially obstructed view (life boat) - the doors opened to let in fresh air and the room was the same size as a balcony room (only less expensive). Showers were roomy and always plenty of hot water. Storage was great - put your suitcases under the bed for additional storage in your 3 large closets.

Don't Miss: Senor Frogs is a must see, even if you don't drink - it's a fun place.
3 out of 5
We took a bus to the Gold Zone and Old Town - the bus ride was an experience in itself! Took a cab back to the ship - wild ride!
Don't Miss: The shopping area right outside the ship was very good.

Wish we could've been in Cabo longer - it's the prettiest port of all 3 and so much more to see and do - a shame to have the stay so short
Don't Miss: Cabo Wabo, parasailing, beautiful new mall on the boardwalk

Pros: clean modern ship, superior service, good food, lots of activities to choose from

Cons: Too little time in Cabo San Lucas
