the ship was old, our room smelled like gas and we brought in some workers to do something about it , and they said they were unsure how to access the problem and to go to guest services. The casino was rigged , and a bottle of wine that we checked in after going on the boat was never delivered back to us.

This was our third cruise with Carnival and it was great. The embarkation and debarkation was very smooth. The ship was beautiful and well maintained. Every crew member was helpful and very positive. Great shore trips, we waited and booked on the ship. Overall a great trip.

I have been on several cruises before and thought I would take my sister on a quick little 5 day even though it was an older ship I expected the same Carnival quality I had always experienced in the past but I was sorely disappointed. IF YOU HAVE EVER BEEN ON ONE OF THE BIGGER NEWER SHIPS, DO NOT TAKE THIS CRUISE. YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF ANYTHING. IT IS NOT THE SAME! the staff is still very friendly and accomadating, but not as professional as the bigger ships. IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST CRUISE, YOU WILL LIKE IT BUT BEWARE IF YOU HAVE SAILED ON THE BEST BEFORE. We had the best room on the ship and still felt like we got ripped off! With all that being said, I LOVE CARNIVAL and will sail with them again, just never on the older ships. LESSON LEARNED ;)

A cruise was very nice,

Everything is very planned if you would like to participate,and if you want to just walk around and take it easy there are plenty of places to do so.

The ship was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. Thought it was well worth the cost of the cruise.

The overall ship is nice especially for a smaller, older ship. The ship is kept in good shape and the staff is always cleaning and keeping up with the maintenance. For a 5-day cruise, there really needs to be more to do on the boat. There were not enough activities for two+ whole days on the boat. You can only play mini-gold and ping pong so many times. The pools are very small and cannot accomodate the number of people on the ship. The pools were packed and there was no adult pool, only hot tubs.

Our cruise on the Carnival Paradise was our first ever cruise on any cruise line. In the end, we had a good time, but we both sleep with CPAP machines, and it took over nine very exasperating hours to get the Guest Service staff to take enough interest in our need to plug both of them in with only one electrical outlet in the cabin. Once that issue finally got resolved, we enjoyed the rest of the cruise, especially the shore excursion to the Mayan ruins.

my kid and I enjoy the cruice I reste from my work and othr responsabilities meet new people as well as my kids did but I was able to have time for myself

The crew were amazing, we really had a beautiful time and enjoyed ourselves immensely.

The ship was wonderful! Our room was right next to a utility closet though, and sometimes it was loud when the crew was getting into the stuff in there. Would have loved to spend more time in Serenity but never enough seats!

The services and entertainment was very good. I was not satisfied at all with the accommodation, 5 people in one stateroom. My senior mother can hardly move and I have to sleep on the floor for 5 nights.

The ship is old so can definitely use an upgrade, but other than that, the trip was perfect. I think 5 days was perfect, the timing of the Sea Days and Land Days is perfect. Activities for kids was great.

The rooms were shabby, most staff were not friendly/helpful, and the food was horrible.
