This was our 30th anniversary cruise and we had no complaints about the ship or staff. Unfortunately, some of the guests were disappointing. There is a dress code in the dining room and although there are other casual options, many guests dressed inappropriately even on formal night. This somewhat lessens this experience for the staff and other guests.

Overall a good cruise. Food service could improve. Ship definitely needs updating. Bed was definitely the worst we've had on our last 10 cruises.

Everything was great . Bonbon, the director did an amazing job.

I want to do this same trip every year, over and over again. It was my husband's first cruise but my third. The CD Todd was just a bunch of fun. The violinists every night in the atrium bar area were incredible. And Pat (our favorite bartender at the Atrium bar) is the BEST! The rest of the staff was great too - the ship was super clean and well kept. Smaller ship but something for everyone, and well run. Love love loved it!

Embarkation: we were at port and onboard within 15 minutes....... we have been on this ship in the past so were comfortable with the choices which would be available. Purpose was to relax after the stress of re-building after hurricane and we did just that.

Second time on this ship Paradise. Its a smaller ship and very comfortable for 1st time cruisers.

This is our first cruise and it was more than we expected. The smaller ship is perfect as it is easy to get around. Drinks and food is everywhere. Plenty of entertainment and activities to keep you busy between ports.

This cruise was, perhaps the worst experience I have ever had traveling in my entire life. The cruise ship was dirty. It was very and old the carpet was disgusting. The programs that they had for children was nonexistent. The food was the same every single day. And last, but not least, I felt that I was in a motel, surrounded by people who had no control over themselves.

One of the bad things about this was the kids ran wild they were sitting on the stairs would not move when they see you coming not seeing a lot of Secuity telling to slow down

Overall a very dated ship would never go again. Awful food! Overpriced stores; small of shampoo $11!

I had a good time. I was really looking forward to Nassau, but glad we didn't port there due to weather if it was going to damage the ship.

Overall I will stick to the newer bigger ships because these are too small

As a family of 4, we had a great time and enjoyed the food and activities. Overall, it was a good experience and we will likely do another cruise in the future.

I feel their should be a tour given to first time cruisers. they should be given a packet explaining what restaurants are included, where the shows and other activities take place, a list of items not to buy or they will be confiscated and held before the item is bought. all this would have made the cruise better.

this was a decent cruise - not the best i've ever been on. the ship was smaller and older, but everything was adequate

The cost was not worth the experience, there were additional charges for everything. The advertisement for $250-350 pp is completely false. Add $60/d pp if you’d like cocktails and $10 day/pp if you want soda or bottled water. Otherwise tap water it is!

We were really happy with the experience, the workers on the ship really made it for us. The food was great, the restaurants are run so well and the waitstaff is really on top of the game.

We enjoyed our time on the boat. It wasn’t as nice as we expected but we had cruised royal Caribbean the time before and felt that that cruise ship was nicer. It also may have been a poor choice on our part to choose a cruise during college spring break week. Had lots of drunken college students along for the ride with us. They were fun to watch some of the time but pretty much dominated the pools and hot tubs. Getting on the ship went smoothly but getting off did not so don’t book your flight home too early on the return day.

When I booked this cruise I was under the impression that I paid for all the gratuities when I paid for the cruise in full so according to my bill I paid twice for myself and my cabin partner, also I ordered the bottomless Bubbles package for both of us and I couldn't even get a bottle of water! I needed water in my room so we could take our medication, and for 56.00 a person we should of been able to have bottles and cans of soda in our room.
