Cuba itself was nice the process to go through cuban immigration was long and tedious and in the future people with excursions no matter if it's with carnival or through other companys should be allowed off the ship first. instead there were people missing excursions on the positive side though the carnival staff made sure someone who knew all the companys made phone calls to them on your behalf to inform them that the person would be late. I complained to guest services and the woman personally took me down to where i could get off the ship in time for my excursion. I give top marks to the professionalism the crew displayed.
