| Service and Staff | We were very upset at the shopping program. My husband asked if the coupon books were \"free\" and thought they said yes and took one. On checking out we discovered we were charged $75 for 3 books. I didn't mind paying $25 in error for the book we took but not getting back the extra $50 for the 2 extra books we did not take was unexceptable. The rep did give us 2 more books\, but they will do us absolutely no good as we will not be taking a cruise in the next year\, and are NOT Shoppers even if we were. | |
