74th birthday cruise for my brother

Sail Date: July 01, 2013

Reviewed: 3 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

great for families with kids of all ages\, but not good for single adults over 40

Pros: the food and the service

Cons: too many wild unruly kids

Recommends Carnival Paradise? Yes!

Ship Quality
our balcony stateroom was the best..the carnival paradise was immaculately clean..
Food and Dining
we ate in both the dining room and the buffet to our hearts and stomachs content..all meals were super delicious
Cabin / Stateroom
i mistakenly ordered a queen size bed..our wonderful stateroom steward turned it into two twins!..no problem..we couldn't have been more comfortable if we tried..that balcony was so nice.
Service and Staff
staff was so kind to my 74 year old brother..they always addressed him by name everytime we met.one even called him Sir James..that made his day!!they do treat you like royalty..
Entertainment
my brother loved angela at the piano bar..i totally enjoyed tony singing soul tunes..and the cruise director\, with his fiddle!that did it..
Children's Programs
i did not see one sad child..because..they had the run of the ship!!!
