Excellent 1st Cruise
Carnival Paradise Cruise Review to Mexico
Ship: Carnival Paradise
Cabin Type: Inside

Review SummaryOlder model but superb. This was our 1st cruise. It was very clean and organized. If you have questions\, it is usually better to ask guests than the staff\, but the staff really try to help. For entertainment\, it was excellent but a little too America-centric. For instance\, they did square dances during the mexican party\, and some patriotic songs during the show... but being an American\, I am OK with that. But I worry about guests from other countries. Nothing much can be improved though and keep the price down as well. Our goal was relaxation and we accomplished this even with all the entertainment everywhere and stuff going on. It was perfect\, no rocking\, spotless\, and easy to do everything. Loved it!

Pros: They actually found my wife's sunglasses when they were misplaced on the boat! Gym was superb. Shows were great! Jacuzzi and staterooms were superb. Pingpong was substandard equipment (but fun). Everything was great!
Cons: Too much food. One bad waiter for breakfast. Pool was too small. Shuffleboard court was dismal (next to the exhaust). But that didn't really matter as it was great!
