Review summary

This is our 4th cruise. Overall, the cruise was good. The ship is much smaller than other Carnival Ships. There were many things that we were happy with --the cabin stewards had cleaned our rooms each time we left the cabin, beds were comfortable, the food was good but not spectacular, the crew was friendly and helpful. But there are a few things we were unhappy with.-- the pillows are uncomfortable, the set up of the ship is not the best , i.e., the library is right across from the piano bar (too loud), the pool is small, there is no adult only pool, the shows were not family friendly, the photographs were blurry and if you are not prepared, they can be quite expensive. Dress code for the dining room , for casual dining, is too strict. Will not travel on this ship again although our other Carnival cruises were good.

It's a long walk from the ship to the land.

Yes, at times, it felt very crowded. My friends and I just wanted a quiet place to relax and play some games and could not find anywhere that was really quiet .We thought the library was going to be good but with the piano bar so close it was impossible. We even complained and asked them to close the doors. They said that they had other complaints yet were not able to close the doors. I guess safety regulations or something. We were never told why. It would not have been that bad had the person at the piano played and sang good or was at least someone worth listening. My friend even commented,"Don't they audition these people before they hire them!"

Did you feel like it was over crowded with it being such a small ship? What were they thinking putting the piano bar next to the library?
