Carnival Cruise

Sail Date: June 25, 2012

Reviewed: 4 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Inside

The ship was smaller than what we were used to and there wasn't enough for my kids to do (ages 12, 16 and 18.) How many times can a kid play mini-golf and ping pong?

Pros: Excursions

Cons: Amenities and entertainment opportunities on the ship

Recommends Carnival Paradise? No.

Ship Quality
The ship appeared to be older. The decor was fine and our room was kept very clean.
The pool on the ship was smaller than the one in our back yard - for 2500 guests? Pool chairs weren't always available. No real entertainment for teens and not a lot of entertainment for adutls.
Food and Dining
The servers were awesome. Availability and quality of food was good.
Cabin / Stateroom
Service and Staff
Children's Programs
My 12 year old enjoyed the Circle C program for one day, but then didn't want to go back.
