Review summary

The boat was in excellent condition, and clean. Staff was friendly, and generally attentive. Food was good. It is just a nice getaway cruise, not fancy, just fun and sun.

Our stateroom was smaller than I have ever had. Had to climb over the bed to get to the window side of the bed. Also, whatever was below our cabin, the noise at night was atrocious. However, i did report it, and they were very accomodating to try to solve the problem.

Pros: The proximity to home for coming and going, the length is perfect, plenty of fun things to do on ship, and port of Cozumel has many options for things to do off ship.

Cons: It is a smaller boat and it gets a little smaller each day..they also seemed a little short staffed. Our steward was nice, but not as attentive as we have had on previous cruises, even after a nice tip when we got on board.

Recommends Carnival Paradise? Yes!
