Wonderful time, met all my expectations

Sail Date: October 01, 2011

Room Type: Inside

Excellent condition, good food & things to do, met all of our expectations. Ship staff worked hard to keep kids out of the adults only hot tubs. Amazing how some parents just are clueless about having their kids follow rules. Thanks staff for your efforts at ensuring enjoyment for us adults. Been to several all inclusive resorts, this was by far just as nice, especially considering cost. Very good value! Drinks are expensive, figure the cost in your total bill ahead of time & you will not be surprised. Great way to accomodate different people as for some drink & some don't, you pay for what you use & not for what you don't. Both ports were excellent areas to visit & can be enjoyed by foot. No need to pay for excursions unless you feel the need to take in some distant sights. Ensenada has great shops & food, shuttles to & from the ship. El Caritia's has $1.00 beer, good chips & salsa and cheep tacos! Catalina is a great town to explore on foot or by golf cart rental, great shops & drinks!

Pros: Anytime dining, dinner selections, port stops

Cons: Pool, not large enough or warm enough for people to use & enjoy.

Recommends Carnival Paradise? Yes!

Ship Quality
Entertainment
Would have liked to have seen more main shows offered.
Food and Dining
Love that I can order 3 appetizers & 2 of the main course lobster if I want! My time dinning worked perfect for us, they give you a beeper when you check in, never waited more then 15 minutes.
Cabin / Stateroom
Our inside room was just as pictured.
Service and Staff
Our streward Paul was great!
