My First Cruise

Sail Date: May 30, 2011

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Inside

Room service was spot on- everytime I returned to my room, the room was clean and neat. Staff was friendly and helpful all over the ship- during dinnertimes, at the spa and gym area, customer service, booking excursions and even to ask simple questions. Would appreciate if the glass door could be fixed in the steam sauna room- it would always hang open while using the facility.

Pros: Rex Lounge

Cons: Wanted more sushi bar hours
