Granted, I'm a 29-year-old female and this was my first cruise. To me, it was a giant floating casino complete with cheesy entertainment, endless buffets, gambling, and lots of cheesy lighting. You will have to pay for soda (only iced tea, tap water, and lemonade are free at the buffets). They will constantly try to coerce you into taking photos in front of cheezy backgrounds so they can sell them to you later.

Pros: Lots of food.

Cons: Constantly trying to nickle-and-dime me.

Recommends Carnival Paradise? No.
