Great Service

Sail Date: February 01, 2010

Reviewed: 7 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Oceanview

Immaculate with great views from the Spa and rooms with a window

Pros: wonderful waiters and service people, good updating on day's activities

Cons: watch out for the Spa--not run nor owned by Carnival Cruise and the great deal turns into a marketing ploy to get you to buy other stuff--hard sell

Recommends Carnival Paradise? Yes!

Food and Dining
buffets not all that good, but dinners were as well as the desserts at dinner
Cabin / Stateroom
Make sure to get a room with a window--it made all the difference and the price for the upgrade was minimal
Bingo was too much money for too little winnings. Good night time entertainers.
Ship Quality
beautiful decor helped to make the experience feel even more special
Service and Staff
I have never been treated so well
Children's Programs
These continued to be the best aspect of the cruise
